Amy has a wealth of retail experience, having held positions over the past ten years at brands such as Nike, Lululemon, NEXT and Primark. At these retailers, she has been a part of both HR and in-store leadership teams, having first-hand experience addressing the wellbeing challenges that the retail sector faces.
These roles have seen Amy coach, train and develop teams, managers and leaders and build training programmes that create and maintain cultures of wellbeing.
